Our goal is to raise enough fund to drill water wells to access safe drinking groundwater in the rural area of each of the 16 villages of the Bamboutos Division. This can only be made possible through the generous donations of every good will.
Approximately less than 20% of the populations of the Bamboutos Division have access to safe drinking water. Over 80. % Of the population obtains water from streams and rivers, unreliable wells, and occasionally rain water. This situation has contributed to the increase scenario of water-borne diseases such as Diarrhea, Cholera, Typhoid, Onchocerciasis, Polio, etc. This has led to an increased rate of childhood death in this Division.
